The aim of this thesis is to prove that, through an eclectic and humanistic study of the management of residential real estate project, it is possible to reach a methodology that, by finding the value, minimizes the risks that appear during the development of the real estate project. Furthermore, this thesis identifies this management with different historical interpretations of the concept of value. it is required to be able to get a successful result by looking for the value in every stage of the proposed methodology. Thus, the purpose of a real estate project will not only aim to achieve a maximum return on investment but also to other goals that add value to the project such as: the satisfaction of a successful work that will be recognized by those who produce and by the person involved. Consequently, the real estate project will be provided by use value and exchange value. value is a meaningful word: advantage, importance, usefulness, residual, profit etc … the residential real estate project based on a free typology is a business project that has the opportunity to take advantage of the different historical trends of the value theory. As a result, this will enable to manage completely this business activity with no limitation and with no possibility of failure for ignoring many of the values that have been cited in this thesis or for looking the profitability in a fast and purely speculative way and not connected with the axiological philosophy of ethics. this thesis is based on a triple study. The first one analyses the main historical philosophical trends of the value theory. In the second one, the author proposes a management methodology. In which the concept of value has been involved during the development, constantly looking for the possible intrinsic value involved in each of the stages of this methodology. In the third one, the current implications and connections between the theories of value and the proposed methodology are explained. taking into account the philosophical thoughts that have historically been expressed about the concept of value and applying them as the main focus for the different stages in the development of the residential real estate project, this thesis reaches a more humanistic management model in comparison to the existing ones. In addition, this model keeps in mind the multiplicity of the concept of value getting a complete and efficient output.
